Eileen Wemmer

After graduating with a degree in Computer Science, Eileen Wemmer researched at Fraunhofer IAO for a year before joining inIT as a doctoral student in June 2024.

In her research, she focuses on the qualitative role of effort in humans-AI interaction, with a particular interest in human eudaimonic well-being. To this end, she draws on psychological theories, such as Self-Determination Theory.

She is currently open to supervising students with an interest in human-AI interaction for theses and research projects.
